Store Policies

The short version: we move fast on purpose. Your Form 3 is filed as soon as your order is placed — which is why orders can't change much after that moment.

Form 3 Filing

We file the ATF Form 3 for the NFA items on your order right away — the same business day your order is placed. That speed is the point of this program: your approval clock starts immediately instead of sitting in a distributor's queue. It also means your serial numbers are committed to your FFL almost as soon as you click "place order."

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because Form 3s are filed immediately, changes or cancellations after an order is placed are not guaranteed. If we can accommodate a change or cancellation before shipment, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order value to cover withdrawn filings and processing. Please double-check your cart before submitting.

Returns

Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns under any condition. All sales are final at shipment. NFA items are transferred on an approved ATF Form 3 to your FFL/SOT; non-NFA items on the same order follow the same policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect every shipment on arrival. If something arrives damaged, or you received an item you didn't order, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at dealer@mrsilencer.com or 480-470-7440 and we'll make it right.

Payment

Orders are paid by ACH, wire, or Zelle — payment instructions arrive with your order confirmation. Orders ship after payment clears and the Form 3 is approved.
