mrsilencer.com is a wholesale platform operated by Mr Silencer / East Valley Tactical of Mesa, Arizona, for licensed firearms dealers only. By requesting an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility — Licensed Dealers Only

Purchasing requires a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) and, for NFA items, a current Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status. Accounts are approved only after we verify your license, including against ATF's eZCheck system. Nothing on this site is offered for sale to consumers. You agree to keep the license and contact information on your account current, and to notify us of any change in your license status before placing further orders.

Products & NFA Transfers

Items regulated under the National Firearms Act (silencers/suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other NFA items) transfer only on an approved ATF Form 3 to the FFL/SOT on your account, shipped to your licensed premises. We file the Form 3 the same business day your order is placed — see our Store Policies for what that means for changes and cancellations.

Ordering, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability. Wholesale pricing is confidential to your account and may change without notice; obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and any affected order will be confirmed with you before it proceeds. Out-of-stock lines may be accepted as backorders and are confirmed with an ETA before you pay for them.

Payment

Accepted payment methods and timing are described in our Store Policies. Orders ship after payment clears and, for NFA items, after the Form 3 is approved. A returned or rejected ACH payment is subject to a $25 returned-payment fee.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because Form 3s are filed immediately, post-order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and may carry a restocking fee of up to 10%. All sales are final at shipment. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and resale of the products you order, including the laws of your own state. We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order we believe cannot be completed lawfully, including where an item is prohibited in your jurisdiction or your license documents on file have expired.

Limitation of Liability

Products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ATF processing delays outside our control.

Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order. Questions? Contact us.
