This site serves licensed firearms dealers, and the information we collect exists to run your wholesale account and meet federal firearms recordkeeping requirements — nothing more.

What We Collect

When you apply for an account we collect your business and contact details, your FFL number and expiration, your SOT class and EIN, and copies of your license documents. When you order, we keep the order contents, shipping details, and payment status. The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and standard analytics to understand site usage.

How We Use It

Your information is used to verify your license (including against ATF's eZCheck system), approve and maintain your account, process and ship orders, file ATF Form 3 transfers for NFA items, send order and account emails, and keep the records federal law requires a licensee to keep.

Payment Information

Online payments are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers and bank account details are entered into and stored by the processor — they never touch or reside on our servers. If you choose to save a payment method, we store only a reference token issued by the processor.

What We Share

We share information only as needed to do business with you: with shipping carriers to deliver your order, with our payment processor to take payment, and with ATF as required for NFA transfers and license verification. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Retention & Security

Federal firearms regulations require us to retain transfer and disposition records for extended periods, so order and license records are kept at least as long as the law requires. Access to account data is limited to staff who need it, and the site is served over encrypted connections.

Your Choices

You can review and update your business information anytime from your account page, or contact us to ask what we have on file, correct it, or close your account (records required by federal law are retained even after closure).
