Shipping Policy

We ship to licensed dealers only. Every shipment goes to the licensed premises on your approved account — never to an individual or a residential address that isn't on a license.

FFL Dealers Only

All products on this site ship exclusively to the Federal Firearms Licensee on your account. NFA items (silencers/suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other NFA-regulated products) ship only after ATF approves the Form 3 transfer to your FFL/SOT, and only to the licensed premises shown on that approved form. We verify that your license on file is current before anything leaves our facility — an expired license on file holds all shipments until we receive your renewal.

State & Local Restrictions

We do not ship items to jurisdictions where they are prohibited. As the receiving licensee, you are responsible for knowing and complying with your own state and local laws on the products you order, including what you may lawfully receive, stock, and transfer to your customers. If we believe an order can't be shipped lawfully to your location, we'll contact you before doing anything.

When Orders Ship

Orders ship after payment clears and, for NFA items, after the Form 3 is approved. We file Form 3s the same business day your order is placed to keep that wait as short as possible. Backordered lines ship when stock arrives and are confirmed with an ETA before you pay for them.

Rates, Carriers & Signature

Shipping is a flat rate shown in your cart, free over the threshold shown there. We ship insured with tracking via major carriers, and shipments require a signature at the licensed premises. Local pickup at our Mesa, AZ location is free — bring a copy of your license if it's your first pickup.

Inspect on Arrival

Inspect every shipment when it arrives and note any carton damage with the driver. Damage or discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of delivery — see our Refund Policy for how claims are handled.
